Personalized full 1 on 1 coaching with coach Max. This means that you will receive a weekly, fully personalized, training program that suits your current situation.
Every sunday is check-in day which means that you’ll send your logbook with all the info of last week to give me a clear image how everything went. I’ll dive into this and write the training program for next week. You also have an option to send trainingvideos of last week to receive technical feedback and focus points for the upcoming week(s).
There is no daily option for daily contact in this coaching plan. If you’re looking for daily (whatsapp) contact, make sure to check fullweek coaching.
As with every coaching plan: What you give is what you get back. Proper and honest communication is the key for a successful coaching relationship.
