High performance coaching
Personalized full 1 on 1 coaching with coach Max. This means that you will receive a weekly, fully personalized, training program that suits your current situation. This training program is dynamic, which means that this can be changed on a daily basis to suit the current situation (life and training) best.
Every sunday is check-in day which means that you’ll send your logbook with all the info of last week to give me a clear image how everything went. This is extra info besides the optional daily info that I receive through our contact method. I’ll dive into all of this and write the training program for next week.
In this training coaching plan there is option for daily contact and (optional) daily video feedback. This is different from the other coaching plan (sunday coaching) where there will only be 1 contact moment a week.
As with every coaching plan: What you give is what you get back. Proper and honest communication is the key for a successful coaching relationship.
